Department : Human Resources Reporting Manager : Country Head HR, Business Head - Renewables Designation :&nbsp;Head- HR Location :&nbsp;Gurgaon Overall Job Objectives : - Provide Leadership for the Human Resource Function for Renewables Business to Drive Business Objectives, Institutionalize HR Systems, Build an Engaged Workforce and Manage Change. Key Responsibilities : - Develop the HR Strategy, Policies and Systems for Renewables Business with the objective of helping the business achieve its strategic goals. - Review organization structure design and role accountabilities from time to time to ensure that the organization is in line with the strategic priorities of Renewables Business. - Coordinate with Functional Heads for the annual workforce planning process in line with business plans. Responsible for preparation of manpower budgets, monitoring manpower cost and improving manpower productivity. - Lead the recruitment, selection and on-boarding practices and procedures necessary to recruit and hire the right talent. - Source and Deploy Talent to build capability and meet operational and growth needs of the business. - Drive Performance Management and Talent Review Processes and roll out of HR Initiatives of the Group in this area. - Drive Implementation of Group Compensation Philosophy and execute annual rewards cycle. Support India Corporate HR team in assessing current compensation structure and suggest appropriate modifications where necessary. - Strategize, develop &amp; sustain a high-performance culture through culture building initiatives which reinforce client values. - Drive and support the business in Change Management areas- integration of HR processes across business; transformation of Operations and Maintenance Processes; support in Capability and Culture Building for Growth. - Aid in providing inputs for arriving at Development Plans for employees. Implement Learning and Development interventions from Corporate and Group HR. - Develop and Implement action plans arising out of Employee Engagement Surveys. - Support in driving Digitalization Initiatives for the Business from Corporate and Group HR. - Oversee all statutory compliances related to human resources. No. of Years of Experience :&nbsp;15+ years Minimum Educational Requirement :&nbsp;Master's in Human Resource Management from TISS, XLRI, Symbiosis, MDI Gurgaon- rest please do not send in CV- it will not be processed.
