AVP/Head - Human Resource - BFSI

Company Profile: Our client is a mid-sized (headcount less than 50), professionally managed, highly respected, rapidly growing BFSI organisation (part of a very large group)-Leaders in their field. Our clients have a national presence and regional / branch offices all over India. Our clients seek to recruit AVP/Head-HR to support the HR, Personnel & Admin initiatives nationally. Will be based in South Mumbai & report to the CEO. Our clients offer excellent salary/perks as per industry norms & commensurate with experience.

One & final Interviews are scheduled between 23rd & 27th March and the position closed by 31st March.

Job Profile:

- Would be expected to work as HR Business Partner on all HR Strategic & Operational aspects including Talent Acquisition, PMS, L&D, Appraisals etc.

- Will be expected to design & implement all HR policies, manuals, initiatives

Candidate Profile:

- Graduates / MBAs aged 35-45 with relevant experience of which recent years must be in organisations having multi-locational regional / branch offices.

- Must be very strong in strategic & operational HR. Must be currently having role of HR Business Partner.

- Must be capable of and willing to work independently.

- Will lead a small team
