AVP/Head - HR Business Partner - Insurance

Our client is one of the specialized and fastest growing insurance organization having multiple lines of business with a large network of branches and Zonal offices in India. With an exponential growth and big name in the industry, they are looking to hire an AVP/Head HRBP for pan India based out of Gurgaon

Description

Reporting to the CHRO and a team of people reporting to you, your responsibility will include:

- Leading the HRBP function for pan India and working in a team management role across multiple states

- Develop and build strong influential relationships and HR solutions in line with the overall people & business strategy

- Responsible for all strategic interventions and standardization of all HR practices across the zones

- Challenge business leaders on all aspects of people strategy and HR related issues

- Be hands-on and translate strategy into workable processes & initiatives that align and leverage interventions like Culture and Talent

- Spearhead all HR initiatives & change projects ensuring Key stakeholder management locally & globally

- Effectively manage multiple teams to ensure smooth functioning of the HR processes at the India level

Profile

- You will come with 12-15 years of experience in a pan India Sales HRBP role

- Candidates from only Insurance/Financial Services (Retail Banks)will be considered

- Full-time MBA (HR) with strong specialist experience of HR business partnering is a must have

- Proven track record of managing complex stakeholders and working in a matrix organization is mandatory

- Should be open to travel at least 15 days in a month

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills is a must have
