Business & Operational Responsibilities:
- Monitoring the sales/ Lead funnel in the digital assets, evaluate opportunities to engage them in the digital or assisted channels to drive sales closure
- Customer acquisition through new-age digital distribution
- Lead the digital sales team to achieve sales target and earn maximum profit margins
- To guide digital sales team and assist in organizing all the sales activities
- To assist the Digital sales team in various customer interactions and make sure that the customer satisfaction is enhanced during the entire purchasing experience
- Ensure team is updated with the new products, features and market trends and focuses on increasing customer acquisition
- To coordinate and implement the best practices to ensure effective sales approach and assist the sales team personnel in closing sales whenever needed
- Establish and prepare Sales reports, evaluate performance of Digital Sales team members and provides him/her with relevant feedback, to improve departments sales figures.
- Handle day to day queries from the online sales team and ensure resolution and feedback is delivered
- Develop and evaluate KPIs in the form of Customer Acquisition, Engagement levels, Funnel Movement & Sales Targets
- Creating FAQs regarding product to make live on digital platform
Strategic Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with the principles stakeholders (Internal & External) for digital initiative for new product launch
- Initiate Competition benchmarking and basis this develops content, scripts, design sales campaigns keeping target audience in mind
- Trend analysis on digital business for industry & organization
- Study digital competitors and evaluation their digital platform and client journeys
- Collaborating with digital marketing team in order to launch campaign and guiding them in order to capture maximum business opportunity
- Work towards enhancing customer experience of transaction pages to improve business conversions
- Enhance distributor transactions by providing online sales and marketing support
- Evaluate & present creative idea based on competitor and market study of what new can be done on website to bring quality traffic
- Content Development: Developed content for the campaigns, websites, banners, newsletters, etc
- Analyze marketing campaign outputs to build understanding to assist the marketing team in various sales and marketing activities.
