Role Responsibilities :
- Accountable for all business finance operations regarding Revenue, Expenses and Inventory management.
- Works in partnership with all business functions primarily SCM, Category, Retail and Trading business verticals.
- Work in partnership with the CFO / Finance Controller in the development and execution of corporate finance strategies.
- Shape and steer the business operations including Budgets, MIS, Accounting, Regulatory, compliances etc.
- Lead all initiatives on business expansion projects from finance perspective.
- Development and production of all necessary financial management information for the corporate and business unit decision-making.
- Build required processes and controls necessary to support a rapidly growing company without unnecessary bureaucracy.
- Provide leadership to a young team, drive performance and embed culture. Coach and build individuals.
- Handle team of 20 professionals reporting directly and indirectly
Desired Skills and Competencies :
- At least 8-10 years of working experience required in the field of Finance and Accounting with a large conglomerate.
- Excellent qualitative and quantitative analytical skills to identify and solve a wide range of business problems.
- Ability to manage multiple issues and clearly articulate principles, concerns, and solutions for resolution of those issues.
- Must have worked in a large organization in corporate accounts
- Should be from a product-based company or E-commerce industry or have handled Commercial finance function.
- The incumbent should demonstrate strong experience having worked in and stablished ERP system.
- Strong leadership and demonstrated ability to manage a team, and ability to work collaboratively with all other functions.
