The role ofAVP,Growth will work at the intersection of marketing and product

Development with focus on customer acquisition and retention.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Defining Companies growth strategy and driving it through the usage of BTL marketing channels & levers.

- Comfortably using multiple marketing channels (organic or paid) to grow quickly.

- Identifying and tapping all the relevant customer touch points through partnerships and incentives to drive customer awareness about Companies services

- Recruiting and leading high quality teams for leading customer acquisition drives and BTL promotional events

- Working cross-functionally with engineering, design, analytics, product management, operations, and marketing to execute growth initiatives.

- Buildinga strong referral franchisee and executing it end-to-end

- Drive B2B growth channels in the city with corporates, doctors, hospitals, social groups etc.

- Location-wise marketing planning, business projections, budget planning,monitoring And tracking daily,weekly & monthly achievements vs.targets.

- Planning monthly and quarterly marketing calendars at a city & national level and co-ordinating with teams to drive implementation of the same.

- ~20% 0f travel time to other cities to roll out marketing in each city of launch and driving overall growth in each location
