We have a position in one of BEST LIFE INSURANCE organizations across the following location --

LOCATION - Mumbai HQ ( South Mumbai )

OFFERED CTC - approx ; depending upon current CTC, designation, experience, business turnover, interview status.

POSITION - AVP - Group Insurance ( Health & Life )

Segment - Health insurance group business

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Driving Health Insurance segment group business segment.

- Corporate sales / Institutional business - Group products .

- Thoroughly understand the core business function and recommend and advice relevant commercial insurance products to Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) and Mid - Corporate / large corporate clients.

- Individual contributors Role, source the Life Ins company business generating revenue through client base that you handle.

- Gain holistic knowledge about the insurance industry in India and world-wide.

- Learn in detail about various departments of the organization namely Finance, Operations, Sales and Strategy. Develop deep understanding and gain hands-on-experience in the underwriting, actuarial, investments and accounting department of the organization.

- Deal extensively with the channel partners for new business development. Undertake regular knowledge training programs for developing the individual channel partners as profitable assets for the company.

- Developing business development strategy at branch level for improving the bottom line (through LOB focus) and the top line ( through increasing market penetration)

INDUSTRY PREFERENCE - LIFE INSURANCE / HEALTH INSURANCE / GENERAL INSURANCE having experience in handling SME / Corporate Clients or Direct sale to end customers.
