We are seeking seasoned sales professionals focused on leading strategic sales efforts within the US and UK markets for Integra's Tech/IT services. The Sales Leader will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to penetrate these specific sectors, leveraging their industry expertise, network, and understanding of technology solutions.

By effectively identifying and engaging potential clients, building relationships, and driving the sales process from qualification to closure, the Sales leader will contribute to Integra's revenue growth and market expansion.

This role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, staying updated on industry trends, and consistently exceeding sales targets while providing crucial insights to the leadership team for informed decision-making. The Sales leader will be a key driver in establishing Integra as a leading provider of Tech/IT services in the publishing and education domains, enhancing the company's market presence and revenue impact.

Key Responsibilities:

- Key emphasis lies in the acquisition of new customers/clients, driven by a proactive and determined approach akin to that of a hunter mindset

- Achieve and exceed sales targets, consistently demonstrating a results-oriented approach to driving revenue growth

- Lead the development and execution of sales strategies to penetrate the US and UK markets in the publishing and education domains, focusing on Technology/IT services.

- Leverage your deep understanding of technology and IT services to effectively communicate Integra's value proposition to potential clients.

- Build and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to drive individual and collective success.

- Set ambitious sales targets and continuously monitor and analyze performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve and exceed revenue goals.

- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and opportunities with key stakeholders, clients, and industry players.

- Prospect and engage with potential clients through various channels, including social media prospecting, networking events, industry conferences, and referrals.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while consistently seeking opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

- Collaborate closely with the marketing and pre-sales teams to create compelling proposals and presentations that address client needs and showcase Integra's capabilities.

- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to formulate effective sales approaches and product positioning.

- Identify and target key accounts, leveraging your network and experience to establish strong relationships with decision-makers.

- Contribute to the development of pricing strategies, negotiation approaches, and sales collateral to support the sales process.

- Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to the leadership team.

- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network, promote our offerings, and stay updated on market developments.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business, Sales, and Marketing from a premier institute.

- Minimum of 15 years of experience in sales, preferably in the tech/IT services industry, with a proven track record of previously handling $3 million in sales.

- Extensive experience selling Tech/IT services in US and UK regions into the publishing and education verticals

- Demonstrated success in leading and managing high-performing sales teams with proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies

- Strong network of contacts within the industry, with the ability to leverage existing relationships for business development.

- Proven ability to identify and qualify sales opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals.

- Results-driven mindset with a hunter mentality, comfortable with cold-calling and initiating outreach to potential clients.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.

- Willingness to travel as needed to engage with clients, attend industry events and lead the sales effort.
