AVP/GM - Marketing - FMCG

- Preparation of overall business plans for each category alongwith respective business heads.

- Prepare an annual brand / marketing plan, basis thorough understanding of the consumer, category and in line with the business objectives.

- Develop new products in line with the business objectives.

- Developing and managing strategic partners including advertising, media, PR, digital marketing agencies, etc.

- To build a high-performance, energised and enthusiastic marketing team.

- Take initiatives to drive business growth, brand equity, media efficiencies, team performance, etc.
