Objectives of this role :
- Good skills in Brand Strategy Development, Developing and implementing brand strategies.
- Plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing for the organizations brand including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media
- Establish and execute a digital marketing strategy to distribute content
- Work with and manage a team of writers, marketers, and other stakeholders to maintain organizations digital presence across the globe.
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across all social channels
- Identify, analyze, and measure trends and content to assess how well it's performing and optimize user experience
- Create and maintain an editorial calendar to deliver targeted content
- Skills in Cross-Functional Collaboration, Market Analysis and Monitoring, and Brand Performance Tracking.
- DM Strategy for different industries
- Develop a comprehensive project plan, including defining project goals, objectives, scope, deliverables, and timelines.
- Facilitate effective communication among project team members, stakeholders, and other relevant parties.
- Manage a team of marketing and Branding people working on brand initiatives
Skills required :
- Graduate, MBA or equivalent preferred.
- 16 to 20 year's overall & 13+ years' experience in marketing or related field, with a concentration in digital marketing , internal communication and creative management.
- Experience with a variety of online tools, inclusive of content management systems, CRM (Salesforce), web analytics, graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Cloud);
- Excellent oral/written communication and presentation skills.
- Successful track record managing people and processes.
