AVP/GM Brand Development Marketing Alliances HNI/UHNI activations - Real Estate
Resumes are invited for a great opportunity to expand the width of the Marketing function at India's foremost real estate organization. Candidates from top b-schools (IIMs, FMS, XLRI, IBS etc) currently working with top FMCG, consumer durables, Automobile or other consumer facing businesses.
GM/AVP : Brand Development Marketing Alliances HNI/UHNI activations, Customer engagement initiatives for flagship brands
Objective : The incumbent/team will be responsible for HNI and UHNI customer acquisition through non traditional channels and brand build across new platforms.
Scope of responsibilities :
- Accompany deep consumer understanding and extend support in creating an integrated marketing strategy in alignment with brand teams
- Spearhead strategic planning and execution of direct marketing activities and lead generation programs for customer acquisition on a monthly cycle
- Establish alliances with like-minded partners and drive lead generating marketing programs
- Lead and coordinate with partners [agencies] / other key departments [sales planning] and thereby ensure proper execution of monthly brand plans
- Create co-branded and stand alone - brand properties- which leverages imagery for the brand
