Global Wholesale Credit Operations and Treasury operation provides integrated treasury and credit solutions to corporate clients across US, EMEA and APAC. Solutions include business and corporate lending through funded/non-funded products, loan document preparation, asset based lending, limit booking, overdraft exception management

Job Description:

- Dedicated SME to represent respective GDCE wholesale Credit business units to develop an enhanced Process Control / QA framework across Credit Fulfilment Servicing and Operations

- Responsibilities will include standardizing common processes and the related risks and controls to ensure full compliance with laws, rules and regulations. Identifying control gaps and strengthening QA self inspection routines. Partnering with WCO Risk leads to close gaps through mature self-identification of audit issues. Individuals should have the subject matter expertise to sign-off on process maps, key risks, and controls utilized, as well as rationalization of laws, rules and regulations against high risk processes covered by the Functional Control Plan

This is a Multi-Gen effort and responsibilities would include:

- High Risk Processes validation

- Laws, Rules and Regulations inventoried and rationalized to High Risk Processes

- Process maps detailed at a Level 3 Enterprise Process Classification Framework (EPCF)

- Operating procedures and enterprise policies rationalized against process maps

- Controls assessed, gaps identified and submitted for consideration through SIAI process

- Control grids updated as required

Educational qualification/Skills and Characteristics:

- Graduate degree preferably in commerce; MBA, CFA/CA/CWA desirable with at least 12 years + post qualification experience

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Have a solution oriented approach to issues and business challenges.

- Able to demonstrate leadership, take initiative, strong work ethic and team focus

- Strong aptitude for rapidly absorbing the business context of problems and attention to detail

- Strong Risk Management focus and rigor

- Strong project Management skills and ability to work with diverse and cross functional global teams
