AVP - Global Trade Operations - BFSI

The Trading/ Operations specialist is a key member of the operations and investment teams supporting trade processes globally, data management, client reporting and portfolio management functions.

This person will work closely with the Global Client Support Services and the Investment team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Trading/Operations specialist can expect to focus their work in the following areas:

- Trade order creation and execution

- Post trade processing and resolving trade settlement issues in a timely manner

- Research and process corporate actions (i.e. tender offers)

- Global Client Reporting Support

- Support Investment research & reporting

- Investment and Operational Projects as needed

- Identify workflow/system improvements and work with supervisor and operations team to enact change.

The Trading/ Operations specialist position typically requires the following qualifications:

- 10-12 years of experience.

- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university

- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite especially Excel

- Strong analytical and detail-oriented aptitude; a high degree of accuracy is required
