Purpose of the job

To provide offshore support to Global Research management team based in London to monitor, track and implement various initiatives across the globe. The role will involve working with very senior stakeholders on day to day operational management including but not limited to management MI packs, dashboards, cost management, new business opportunities, tracking ongoing initiatives. The role will be very dynamic in nature and will need multi-tasking capabilities including working on greenfield projects.

Job Description

This role supports the Global Research management team in a variety of areas including:

- Help Research management in development and maintenance of various MIS, reports and framework that supports effective business management decisions

- Design and create presentations (monthly, weekly, town-hall) for management team

- Co-ordination with various stakeholders (internal and external) when required

- Assist in designing scorecards for the team in consultation with the research management team

- Assist in preparation of reports and presentations to advise analysts on utilization of third party data

- Management of market data prioritisation and related cost management

- Monitor procedures to ensure effective risk management and regulatory compliance

- Ad hoc management reports and analysis

Qualifications

- Post Graduate Finance (CA/MBA/CFA)

Experience

- Minimum 5+ years in a related field within sell-side research / financial Services

- Systems - Proficient with MS office. Knowledge of financial databases such as Bloomberg and/or Reuters (good to have)

- Personal - Proficient in written and spoken English; organized; diligent; ability to put extra efforts when required
