AVP- Global Markets front office, Model Governance Quant (Global Financial Services-Investment Banking Client)

The Opportunity:

- Roles are within Quant Analytics team in FO Quants space with Rates, Credit, EM Rates, Equities and FX

- Candidate will be expected to work on model governance tasks within the front office credit quants team

- Majorly the candidate would be expected to work on admin related issues linked to model governance where the person would be involved in improving processes and documentation for the purpose of model governance

- Candidate will need to have good communication skills as the candidate would need to understand model governance policies in discussion with different stakeholders and help in arranging processes and documentations in line with the policies

- Candidate may need to write simple python scripts and VBA code to automate multiple processes.

Requirements:

- Prior experience of 4-7 years of working on model governance on front office or risk management side.

- Good documentation and communication skills are required for this role

- Prior experience of coding in Python and VBA is desirable

- Good team player

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

- Understanding of model governance policies as defined by regulators

- Good exposure of working on Excel, Powerpoint and word

- Good coding skills in Python and VBA

- Good communication skills
