About the client:

- Brand custodian on the digital domain.


- Design and implementation the digital road map to achieve brand and objectives with focus on key asset and liability products.

- Working with internal stakeholders across functions like brand, product, business, customer service, corporate communication; using digital media to deliver value for both consumers & businesses alike.

- To improve design, usability, content and conversion points of key digital assets and customer touch points. Includes to identify, evaluate, appoint and manage partners to create a unique digital ecosystem to support the company's Digital Landscape.

- Drive content to create and manage social media community (Facebook, Google Plus, LinkedIn and Twitter) by delivering innovative and engaging experiences as per the content calendar and policy grids.

- Facilitate adoption and optimization of key enablers to deliver on business objectives, search (SEM) and display channels, content management, A/B Testing methodologies, Analytic and reporting, Form optimization techniques, explore smart marketing optimizer tools, Evaluate eDM platforms and create the opportunity to scale or reallocate based on business priority.

- Integration and co-ordination with the call center to understand and control after customer acquisition funnel.

Key: PPC, SEO, Email Promotion, Social Channels (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn), Mobile - WAP and APP, Double Click, Programmatic buying etc.

- Customer acquisition, retention and engaging through online and offline organic and affiliate tie-ups/networks.

- Lead brand strategy, market research, communication strategy, media planning and promotion strategy.

- Conceptualizing, executing and monitoring Digital & Mobile Marketing activities (PPC, SEO, affiliates, e-mailers, and referrals), Non-digital marketing (ATL, BTL & ground activations) & direct marketing activities in co-ordination with category team and partnering brands.

- Website and related platforms creation, maintenance and functionality improvements from a User Experience focus.

- Responsible for positioning of the brand, creating brand identity and ensuring all communication is synergistic with the brand.

- Responsible for media, non-media and affiliate partnerships.

- Partnering group brands to develop-execute joint digital marketing and communication activities.

- Marketing & Media budgets and ROI owner on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis. Supporting the management to define the annual goals and targets.

- Data and response analysis.

- Advertising/Media Agencies and vendors co-ordination, planning and monitoring for fulfillment of various activities.

- Visibility and image building through an integrated Public Relations exercise and driving PR agency for monthly deliverables.

- Category manager to develop the Magazines/Publishing category as a phone channel (service) to the publishers.

- Building a retailer enabler platform for retailers and training taking them online.
