Job Description :
- Experience in direct sales.
- Managing sales and achieving targets from Commercial and office spaces
- Experience in dealing and negotiating with HNIs.
- Networking skills - will build connects with various industry bodies.
- Conduct detail research of the commercial market in the Delhi NCR geography
- Responsible for formulating action plans and go to market strategy for achieving sales target
- Identify and develop relations with new and existing partners (brokers/property consultants) to ensure market penetration in the region
