Position : AVP- FX operations/Forex Operation.

Job Summary :

- The job holder will be expected to perform all roles that are covered in the lifecycle from initial (FOFO) reconciliations, trade enrichment, allocation process, confirmations and Settlement processes. It also includes handling queries from clients, sales, reconciliation dept. The role also includes preparing daily/weekly various MIS reports.

Responsibilities :

- Business analysis on day-to-day issues.

- Participation in global projects.

- Management of an existing team

- First point of contact for onshore team when dealing with RTB issues affecting the team here

- Review and improve current existing processes

- Role involves liaising with different regions across onshore and offshore

- Relationship Management within DBOI and with onshore

- Manage adhoc projects arising from Root Cause Analysis

- Manage production of daily, weekly and monthly MI making changes to the packs where necessary

- Needs a deep involvement at a detailed level to control exceptions and manage resources accordingly

- Needs to be a self-starter with significant ability to undertake initiatives.

- Strong interpersonal / good negotiations skills are required.

- Good leadership skills will be essential for this role.

- Follow through skills, Effective communication skills, ability to confidently handle internal client

- Futuristic and innovative approach will be an added advantage

- To handle day-to day routine as well as cope with shifting priorities and chasing responsibilities to meet needs and demands

- Identify potential problems at an early stage with a view to either address or escalate.
