AVP - FX Operations

Job holder will perform a core operational role, providing the required support to the Clients, Front Office and Middle Office Business Globally.

Looking for candidate with strong experience in FX Operation, FX Cash, FX/MM

Responsibilities / Tasks :

- Business analysis on day-to-day issues.

- Participation in global projects.

- Management of an existing team

- First point of contact for onshore team when dealing with RTB issues affecting the team here

- Review and improve current existing processes

- Role involves liaising with different regions across onshore and offshore

- Manage adhoc projects arising from Root Cause Analysis

- Needs to be a self-starter with significant ability to undertake initiatives.

Experience / Exposure :

- Minimum of 8 to 10 years experience in the FX Operations

- Working with Front office and Back office IT support groups

Education / Certification :

- MBA/Degree educated, with financial or management background

- Strong team player

- Good Supervisory Skills

- Demonstrate a detailed operational and technical understanding of relevant products

- Strong attention to detail

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong problem solving skills

- Good analytical skills

- A strong Control Focus with Risk awareness
