AVP Funding

- Candidate should be MBA Finance/ CA with 15 years exp in Funding having raised at least 200 cr funds from banks etc . Experience of at least 4 to5 fundraising process Age 35 to 45 years Salary 40 to 50 lakhs

- Leading Finance functions, undertaking Financial Planning and publishing the variance impacts.

- Defining policies & procedures for robust internal controls including detailed legal entity FX exposure process controls.

- Leadership, motivation and coaching of team members to meet departmental KPIs.

- Focusing on Credit Controls, monitoring customers accounts & ensuring remunerative pricing for quick realizations.

- Efficiently managing cash flow to generate surplus funds for investments in high-yield instruments.

- Evaluating and reporting on the performance of different business units, analyzing variances, initiating corrective actions and scheduling expenditures to save cost.

- Forecasting business requirements, networking with Bank & Financial Institutions for obtaining working Capital funding, bids for import payments, Bank Guarantee.

- Reviewing financial results, doing quarterly comparison of company performance in terms of top line & bottom line.

- Led / be a part of negotiations with the banks and successfully enabled renewal with enhanced limits of funding.
