Position / Designation: AVP - Fund Raising

Location: Juinagar (Navi Mumbai)

Experience : 8 to 12 Years

Job Description :

Product Knowledge :

- Thorough knowledge of entire range of commercial/corporate banking products

- Handle asset products like working capital facilities, project finance, term loans, structured finance, etc.

- Analyse present cost of funds and work continuously for availing cheaper and newer source of funds. Raising funds by means of various instruments such as Term loans, Securitization, assignment, working capital (fund based and non-fund based), NCDs, Subordinated Debt, Preference Shares and Cps.

- Liasoning with Banks, Rating Agencies, Trustee companies, and other related parties. Fund planning, fund management as per the company requirement. Treasury related operations and management.

- Prioritization of usage of funds on a day to day basis, Working capital management, Identification of additional avenue of fund to balance the cost of funds for the organization and optimize sourcing & disbursement. Management of Cash flow & working capital cycle.

- Strong relationship management with commercial banks, including PSU and banks

- Pitching for fund requirement, Proposal preparation, query resolution, negotiation of terms (Deal / Transaction management)

- Process Management

- Treasury management

- Managing reporting and strategic inputs

Technical Aspects :

- Thorough analysis of financial statements for risk assessment from lending perspective

- Evaluation of business model and other aspects for credit facilities

- Preparation of CMA(Certified Management Accountant) data/projections and project reports

- Submission of detailed proposals to banks/financial institutes as per prescribed formats

- To handle the entire gamut of pre and post sanction activities including project evaluation/appraisal, preparation of term sheets/legal documents and negotiation thereof with the clients, assistance in security creation until the loan disbursement stage

- To keep self and the team informed on the relevant regulatory, legal and compliance guidelines

Client Handling :

- Interact with clients to coordinate for requirement assimilation and data collection for completion of various reports to be submitted to financial institutions/banks

- Handle financial and other queries from banks/financial institutions to facilitate sanction of credit facilities

- Follow up with bank officials to ensure compliance and completion of various processes till sanction and disbursement of proposed facilities

ISO Related responsibilities are :

- Required to conform to the Information Security Policy,

- Required to ensure their staff are working in a manner consistent with the Information Security Policy,

- Responsible for investigating any security issue that members of staff raise in connection with their work,

- Responsible for addressing unresolved security issues with the Information Security Officer,

- Required to ensure that staff have signed their contract indicating that they understand and will comply with the required legislation.

- Required to report all security incidents

- Required to carry out disciplinary procedures as defined by HR
