AVP - Fund Accounting & Valuation/Reconciliations Process

To lead and manage the Fund Accounting & Valuation / Reconciliations Process in Kolkata

- Only female Candidates

- Accountable for financial planning to achieve cost targets set for the team

- Promote relentless focus on service quality across Accounting & Valuation Operational disciplines

- Management of operational processes to meet or exceed service level requirements

- Accountable for continuous process improvement of existing processes and migration of new functions from the onshore business partner.

- Fund Administration, with experience in Pricing, Reconciliations and NAV preferred

- Team management Experience is a mandatory requirement.

- Multiple Sub Products: Pricing, Reconciliations and NAV

- Supporting single product and multiple sub product, multiple region, multiple jurisdiction

- Multiple Region: (Europe / APAC)

- This role will responsible for managing 40- 60 FTE and 4-8 directs, dependent on current BAU footprint and projected growth

- Will be responsible for leading the team in Kolkata for Pricing and Reconciliations and NAV for various jurisdictions.
