AVP- Learning and Development
Urgently looking for AVP/Senior Manager- Learning and development (Functional Trainer, BFSI) for MNC organsiation .
Only Candidates from Consulting, ITES, BFSI, Consulting industry can apply.
Major Responsibility:
- Conduct a yearly / quarterly “needs assessment” in terms of employee development
- Managing the end-to-end Learning administration activities and Knowledge sharing initiatives
- Customizing, Designing and Delivering Learning programs on Soft-skills, Leadership Development, Personality Development etc.
- Reporting of learning initiatives and status to the management
- Drive innovation & change to improve efficiencies, and effectiveness of Training programs.
Qualification
- 8– 12 years experience in learning administration and management / consulting & project management for learning, design & delivery of learning programs and demonstrated ability to lead learning initiatives with the function.
- Prior professional experience in training design and delivery, including an understanding of adult learning principles.
- Experience in Learning and working with cross functional teams across multiple, global locations
- 6+ years of People Leadership experience, with ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Consulting, BFSI, ITES Industry only preferred.
- Bachelors degree or a Masters degree in a related field preferred. MBA-HR or other relevant qualifications in Training.
- Displays strong facilitation, curriculum design skills, with experience in professional communication both written and oral that can operate in a global team environment.
