AVP - Fraud Analytics - Retail Banks

The Company :

Our client is one of the fastest growing retail banks in India looking to hire an AVP for Fraud Analytics.

The Role :

Based out of Mumbai, you will be responsible for managing a team of 5-8 people and :

- Use historic and current data to understand the portfolio

- Work on projects related to Financial crime analytics and AML Analytics

- Understand the customer base

- Ensure effective implementation of marketing initiatives and measure performance of each initiative against objectives

- Derive analytical solutions and present them to relevant stakeholders

- Lead and drive the team while showing consistent commitment towards strategic business objectives

The Successful Applicant :

- Masters in Quantitative subjects from Tier 1 Institute with at least 7 years of experience in analytics for financial services domain

- Solid expertise in statistical techniques like segmentation, clustering, random forest, regression etc.

- Experience in team leading in current organization

- Experience in fraud analytics is preferred not a must

- Excellent understanding of statistical concepts with knowledge of SAS and SQL etc.

- Good interpersonal skills and ability to engage well with senior stakeholders
