AVP - Franchisee Sales Ops - FMCG

We have an urgent requirement for AVP - Franchisee Sales Operations - for a leading FMCG brand

Exp – 6 to 10 yrs

PROFILE:

Purpose:

The role will be the main sponsor for all initiatives related to the sales and distribution aspects of the business, mainly

- Maintain GTM team relationship to drive business alignment

- Growing share through growing volumes and integrating companys' brands as a priority into the GTM team’s objectives

Job Dimensions:

- Overall sales planning for volume of the products for trial markets and eventually pan India

- Responsible for continuous interaction with supply chain manager for Demand Planning

Key Responsibilities:

- Building Distribution Infrastructure through appointment of Hubs, Spokes , and increase in permanent outlets

- Contribute towards achieving penetration and share objectives

- Manage regular reviews, systems and processes with the GTM team

- Challenge GTM assumptions , test new hypothesis and experiment with new GTM models

- Deliver organization volume objectives by interfacing with the GTM team

- Ensure Sales Processes in line with organizations intent

- Market Presence & field visits- Ensuring days in bazaar

Candidate Profile:

Robust sales and distribution generalist who has an accomplished track record in a highly customer oriented environment with excellent relationship skills

Experience and Qualification:

- MBA from Premier Institute with 6 - 10 years of experience

- Demonstrated functional expertise with a FMCG company for a minimum of 5 years in a Sales managerial role, preferably the franchise management

- At least 2 years of experience managing a region handling sales teams

- 2-3 yrs of experience as a business manager preferred

- Experience in Beverage Industry would be preferred

- Ability to influence, align & motivate a team
