Job Description - Our client is looking for a person to join their treasury operations team, as a unit head for fixed income operations. The person will be leading a team to support the FI operations meeting regulatory guidelines and meeting timelines for various deliverables.

Our client is one of the leading global MNC banks operating in the wholesale and consumer banking segment. They offer a broad range of financial products including consumer banking and credit, wealth management, corporate and investment banking.

Description :

Reporting to the Head of Treasury operations, you will be responsible for :

- Maintaining and enhancing a cost efficient and effective processing environment for FI operations

- Liaison with the business partners, internal teams and regulators to maintain smooth operations

- Ensuring implementation of new products and provide the service and solution as per business expectations

- Building, developing and leading a team ensuring best performance, transparency and ethics

- Ensuring use and development of best technology and systems to support the operations team

- Ensuring satisfactory ratings in all internal and external audits

Profile :

- You will be a CA/MBA with 7-10 years of experience in treasury mid office/ back office, and very familiar with the local regulatory guidelines for the Indian market with experience in managing a team.

- Ability to partner with various teams and influence key stakeholders is very critical to this role.

- Ability to multi task and ensure delivery as per timelines, good interpersonal skills and problem solving skills are qualities that will differentiate the successful candidate.
