AVP - Fixed Income Derivatives - FX

Designation: AVP

Location: Mumbai

Process: Fixed Income Derivatives - FX

Role & Responsibilities:

- Knowledge of FX and Derivatives business

- Handling internal & external trade queries and resolving them

- Interacting with traders & sales to identify and resolve FX NDF and Options trade discrepancies

- Handling Inter entity /Intersystem Reconciliations for FX products

- MIS reporting.

- Reviewing capacity and benchmarks.

- Ongoing focus on training and backup plans

- Adherence to the firms Business Resiliency plan

- Ability to lead and manage IT enhancement projects.

- Reviewing and enhancing controls to ensure risk free operations.

- Working closely with senior management in building and implementing the strategies

Qualification, Experience & Skills: Knowledge & Skills:

i. Required

- Strong people management skills

- Fostering a culture of relationship management with various cross functional regional teams

- Analytical skills and an eye for detail

- Project management

- Understanding risk and controls, legal and compliance requirements

ii. Desired

- Experience in Capital market function desirable
