Job Title: AVP - Financial Resource Management (FRM)

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 7 to 10 years

- Lead the Financial Resource Management team in Mumbai.

- Pan Global Market, balance sheet, leverage and RWA Forecasting & Flash Reporting.

- Oversight of control environment on balance sheet and financial resources.

- Work with Finance colleagues to review and improve controls around financial resources.

- Understand financial resource movements and provide business insights for such moves.

- Partner with Portfolio risk management for financial resource limit setting and identifying initiatives that can help reduce GM's exposure to meet the Group targets/limits.

- Work with key stakeholders in Global Market Finance team, business and regulatory affairs to drive the development of liquidity framework.

- Represent FRM on various working groups such as the roll out of the Weekly Leverage Flash/ Finance reporting architecture and assume key responsibilities in smooth execution of the project.

- Proactively track changes in the regulatory landscape and provide real time inputs to business/finance team on potential impact to the bank.

- Build strong relationships with PRM, Group finance, business finance teams and other risk and control functions outside of Finance.

- Develop the reporting infrastructure through input into tactical and strategic solutions.

- As an SME, conduct necessary knowledge share sessions for the team on relevant topics whenever necessary.

- Perform qualitative review of the team's book of work, further enhance existing processes and challenge the assumptions, where appropriate.

Skills

- Qualified accountant/MBA with 7-10 yrs of experience in banking/financial sector.

- A good understanding of Product, Risk and regulatory drivers of the businesses in GM is preferred.

- Strong presentation skills, networking and communication skills (verbal and written).

- Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc).

- Ability to make decisions, influence and drive others and work in co-operative manner and find resolutions to potential conflict.

- The ability to simplify and explain complex issues to other colleagues, including senior management.

- The ability to work in a continually changing environment with colleagues across multiple locations and cultures.

- Good people management and interpersonal skills.
