AVP - Financial Resource Management - BFS

Job Description :

- Daily monitors Firm Financial Resources usage (covers RWA, B/sheet and Unsecured Funding) against limit at Global and Region level.

- Support the team in producing financial resource pipeline based forecasts and identify developing resource constraints

- Support the team in delivering key initiatives/projects that impact Financial Resource

- Perform data analytics to identify underlying drivers behind financial resources usage (eg. Counterparty Credit Risk, Market Risk, Leverage On and Off-Balance sheet exposure)

- Preparation of trend analysis by business & component breakdowns of RWA, B/sheet and Leverage Exposure

- Maintenance of Hyperion Essbase cube including function like data load, GBS hierarchy management and yearly Budget activity

- Understand the Financial Resource usage for Business Units (desks) and partner with them to ensure focus on active management of their Resource usage

- Facilitate functioning of certain Financial Resource Management committees (eg. WFRC, ALCO)

- DeMinimis & MSP (Major Swap Participant) calculation and exposure monitoring as per Dodd Frank CFTC & SEC rules
