Day to Day Responsibility :
- Leading and managing financial research and analysis projects for a diverse client base across geographies and providing strategic inputs and guidance to our clients
- Conducting comprehensive & in-depth financial analysis and preparing documents like Pitch Decks, Information Memorandums, Financial models, Valuation models, Due-diligence reports, Industry reports, etc for client's decision-making purposes
- Responsible for staffing, training & managing a team of analysts and interns, and ensuring completion of work within timelines
- Knowledge and application of business valuation concepts including DCF, comparable companies' analysis, precedent transactions analysis etc
- Building expertise, insights & knowledge on financial statement forecasting, industry trends, market opportunities, investment trends, fundraising market etc
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including financials analysts, clients, and their investment bankers & consultants, to gather information, validate data, and develop comprehensive financial research deliverables.
- Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to clients based on analysis of financial data, market conditions, and industry insights.
- Foster strong relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service, addressing their inquiries, and providing timely updates on projects.
- Mentor and coach junior team members, providing guidance on research methodologies, financial analysis techniques, and professional development.
- Building systems & processes, databases, firm-wide templates, and documents to standardize output wherever necessary
- Understanding client deliverables, determining scope of engagements, delivering project plan to clients, managing timelines, and driving deliverables through plans
-Responsible for overall deliverable of assignments covering client handling, coordination, communication, quality control, client feedback etc
- Knowledge of databases such as Bloomberg, CapIQ, FactSet, and Merger market and work-related productivity tools like MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint
- Creating documentation for User Manuals & SOPs (These could be PowerPoint, Word, Excel etc.)
