Functional Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting
- Knowledge of IFRS; able to connect that knowledge to HGB and US GAAP for reporting purposes
- Balance sheet substantiation
- Maintaining SOX documentation
- Managing internal & external audits
- Performance management packs of Regional Analysis
- Various HO Reporting schedules related to NRE
- Understand the complete end-to-end process flow from month-end journals to HO reporting and in certain instances to regulatory reports with The Federal Reserve
- Ensure the impact of escalations is considered and reviewed at an appropriate level
- Actively inform clients of new developments and provide status updates
Qualification
- CA / MBA with 10+years of experience, of which, at least 4 years should be of team management
Experience
- Must have experience of managing more than 1 team including people managers
- Must have migrations management experience
- Working knowledge of SAP - PNA, GGL & RCS and BW
- Expert knowledge in Excel
- Experience in handling IUC & Exception management
- Understanding of IFRS / US GAAP
- Good Understanding of the MRP process
