AVP - Financial Panning & Analysis - BFSI

For our client:

We are looking for an AVP - FP&A for our client, which is a leading MNC based in Gurgaon.

Role:

- Periodic Financials Reporting (Including Income statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Profit Contribution Summary, Revenue pacing to meet Forecast or Plan numbers)

- Productivity metrics and measurements, Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Metrics analysis (eg Profit per Partner, Utilization, Profit per Unit, Income at Billable Value etc.)

- Periodic Expense reporting, Utilization reporting, Head Count

- Analyze consolidated results and partner closely with Business Operations and Business Finance to understand variances to budget and historical trends

Desired:

- CA is must. Must have completed CA in 2010 or before (not later than 2010). 11+ yrs of PQE

- Senior Stakeholder Management experience(C-suite preferred) is required

- Global Exposure is required

- Team Management experience of at least 4-5 people. This role will have team span of 8-10 people initially and may increase further

Timings: UK Shift timings

Remuneration: Fixed Salary + 18% Performance Bonus + Other benefits (gratuity, leave encashment, free meals, free medical & free parking).
