AVP - Financial Modelling - Financial Research & Data Analytics Firm - CA/CFA/IIM/MDI/ISB/FMS

A leading MNC into Financial Research and Data Analytics is looking for:

Designation: AVP Financial Modeling

Experience: 7-9 Years

Type of Employment: Full Time

Location: Gurgaon

Job Responsibilities:

- Building / updating comprehensive financial models including forecast and valuation.

- Writing full-blown credit/equity reports including sections on the investment thesis, credit merits/risks, situation overview, company overview & business model, sector overview, financial overview/analysis, etc. 

- Excellent writing skills is a must

- Managing a team of 5-7 analysts and associates - responsible for their L&D, feedback, and training

- Liaising with clients and internal stakeholders and provide timely reports and deliverables

- Responsible for the day-to-day functioning of the team, including their allocation, resolving doubts, and reviewing the deliverables

Required Background:

- Experience of financial/business modeling and valuation. Experience in building, auditing, reviewing, and updating financial models

- Report Writing - exp in writing ICRs / earnings updates, etc.

- Project Management - manage projects end to end and responsible for end deliverables

- Client Management - Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact with clients

- MBA from a premium college / CA / CFA

- Strong working knowledge of accounting standards (US GAAP and IFRS), integration of financial statements, and financial analysis in Excel

- Excellent understanding of corporate finance principles, transaction structures, and valuation techniques

- Excellent analytical and teamwork competencies
