Diversity position.

Key responsibilities:

- Oversight over the Financial Control operating model.

- Identification and tracking of Financial Control process issues as well as helping to facilitate issue resolution.

- Drive the in-depth review of processes and standardization programs across teams / locations

- Perform analytical reviews on the month end process to detect errors and provide mitigating solutions.

- Provide input into the development of risk management and control measures..

- Supports colleagues in the resolution of complex issues/escalations, providing expert advice.

- Support strategic change initiatives for India Financial Control

- Create and deliver a local change book of work to improve controls and efficiency.

- Builds technical knowledge capability within/across teams through creation and governance of a training curriculum.

- Collaborates with senior stakeholders, colleagues and functional teams to ensure effective execution of end-to-end processes.

- Actively supports the achievement of the Bank and Divisional strategy, plans and values; contributing to the achievement of a high performance culture.

- Takes ownership for own career management, seeking opportunities for continuous development of personal capability and improved performance contribution.

- Support and assist in the development of presentations and material requests at short notice with the ability to provide quick turnaround.

- Ensure transparency across all programme activities, risks and issues tracking, status reporting and programme level document/artefact tracking.

- Foster and maintain strong partnerships with broad range of stakeholders to build profile.

You will have:

- Significant experience knowledge and experience of one or more relevant Finance Functions e.g.: Financial Control, RP&L, FDFM and Regulatory Accounting.

- Experience in project and programme reporting.

- Experience in a Management Information (MI) / Key Performance Indicators reporting.

- Excellent communication skills, working with directly with the global management team

- Proficient skills in Excel and Powerpoint skills to create Management level presentations.

- Expertise in creating concise MI, summarising complex business data for Management reporting.

- Extensive stakeholder management experience.

- Possess a strong team ethic, can provide evidence of collaborative approach delivering solutions.
