AVP - Finance - Shared Services

Key Accountabilities:

- Lead the CPU team in the day-to-day management of financial and accounting activities such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger transactions

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the organization to ensure alignment and effectiveness of financial operations

- Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations, including process improvements and automation initiatives

- Ensure that all financial transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manner

- Oversee the month-end closing activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis

- Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure the team's development and success

- Develop and maintain process documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with audit requirements

- Provide regular reporting to senior management on the performance of the CPU team and financial operations.
