AVP/ VP - Finance FOR a leading RETAIL Company

Qualification : CA /or MBA ( Finance)

Work Exp ; 15-21 Yrs

TCTC : 30-45 LPA

Job Description :

- MIS to management and business to enable operational and strategic decision making

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Planning and Budgeting

- Spearhead the annual budgeting

- Scenario building and sensitivity analysis of Budgeted P&L, Sales, Margin and costs

- Presentation of Budget to the Board

- Rolling forecasts based on seasons/months/events

- Estimate P&L and KPIs on a quarterly basis

MIS

- Weekly MIS on sales and margins

- Monthly MIS on business performance and presentation of the same to the Top Management

- MIS for Board meetings

- Consolidate MIS of all Group companies for reporting to HO

- Ensure reconciliation between MIS and financial reporting

New Projects

- Prepare project feasibility reports based on the terms of negotiation for board approvals

- MIS on budgeted capex vs. actual

- Discuss and prepare business plans for opportunities in new business segments

Competition analysis

- Track competition performance for benchmarking

- Provide competitor information and analysis to the business heads for benchmarking

People Management

- Build, coach, develop and motivate the team
