- Cash flow management, MIS and financial reports along with monitoring financial operations.

- Responsible for audit closures. Monitor the taxation flow related to indirect ad direct taxation affecting the revenue of the company.

- Responsible for financial management and consolidation for the entire group with quarterly and Half yearly Profit & Loss Account & Balance Sheet.

- Budget analysis and tracking profitability of the entire group with quarterly and Half yearly Profit & Loss Account & Balance Sheet.

- Responsible for fund raising in totality.

- Dealing with RBI and FEMA pertaining to foreign payments, remittances and laws related to the same - pertaining to overseas offices.

- Responsible for working and reporting of annual compliances as per the defined dates of ROC & RBI along.

- Overhead Analysis (Budget vs Actual) on Quarterly basis with observations.

- Responsible for compliance pertaining to debentures and its reporting to debenture holders.

- Responsible for documentations, financial liabilities & legalities involved in Mergers & SEZs.

- Ensure timely goal setting, monitoring, review of performance parameters and feedback to team members, mentoring and motivating the team.
