RESPONSIBILITIES: - Supporting the annual, monthly financial planning, forecasting, analysis and reporting for the operations team - Analyzing trends, research issues and respond to inquiries for senior management - Develop financial and other models to analyze/predict results. - Ensuring data integrity and accuracy in all reporting and forecasting - Supporting the monthly, quarterly, mid-year and annual budget/forecast process, coordinating activities and reporting with teams. - Analyzing financial results and provide variance analysis to help the senior management better understand operational results and impacts REQUIREMENTS: - 10-12 years of work experience in finance operations catering towards Variance analysis, Modeling etc. - Masters in Finance/Economics/Accounting or other related majors. Professional qualification would be preferred. - Should have exposure to Data analytics, visualization and be able to present data in a way where it is able to tell the story. - Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint and Hyperion Essbase.
