AVP - Finance - FinTech - CA

It is an investor oriented real estate technology company which democratises real estate by providing a transparent investment process by running a predictive algorithm based on big data analytics and stringent financial evaluation to identify the CRE properties.

It is all set to change how India invests in commercial real estate.

As a AVP - Finance, you will be responsible for gathering and monitoring financial data (e.g. sales revenues and liabilities).

What you will do:

- Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual statements (balance sheets and income statements)

- Forecasting costs and revenues

- Preparing budgets (for the entire company and by department)

- Monitoring and reporting on accounting discrepancies

- Conducting detailed risk analyses to assess potential investments

- Analyzing financial trends

- Performing month-end and year-end close processes

What you need to have:

- CA with 3-4 years of experience

- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software

- In-depth understanding of business bookkeeping procedures

- Excellent with numbers, with an attention to detail
