We have an urgent opening with our client in Pune.  Responsibilities:   This role forms an integral part of the Global IB Client Finance Controls team hubbed in Pune. This role would be responsible for providing client analytics to global clients and is necessary to ensure that cRev attributes and measurements are validated and measured as per the Policy.   The roles are instrumental in the formation of the client strategy and help optimize resource allocations across our client base. A core purpose of the role would be to identify deficiencies in the current processes and infrastructure used to measure client activity and value and to be involved in designing and implementing procedures to address these deficiencies and keep methodologies current and up-to-date.  The main responsibilities would be :  1. To understand the methodologies around client segmentation and the client contribution model. To provide input into the methodology, infrastructure and process design improvements.   2. Re-engineer inefficient processes and manage projects to successful implementation. Cleanse and enrich the data wherever gaps are notified and work with stakeholders upstream/downstream to improve the process flow  3. To analyze and provide findings, insights, and recommendations to internal stakeholders and senior management.   4. Develop MI around client franchise Packs for the Securities business and participate in the discussions with the business.   5. To provide analytics around client contribution this could be used for decision making and strategy planning.  Desired Skills   - Financial Product knowledge and experience - preferably with direct exposure to the securities sales and trading business  - CS internal organizational knowledge and connections preferred, but not necessary  - Chartered Accountant preferred  - Confident and articulate, strong interpersonal and communication skills  - Proven ability in data interrogation, interpretation, and presentation. Outstanding analytical skills. Be able to manage large amount of data and synthesize information from various sources.  - Self-motivated and inquisitive. A self-starter.
