AVP-Finance Control (Operational Risk/Business Continuity Plan)

Opening for AVP –Finance Control (Operational Risk/Business Continuity Plan) with leading MNC in Banking Shared services.

Qualification- CA with 10 Years post qualification experience

Job Location- Gurgaon

Job Responsibilities-

- Managing existing and emerging Operational risks impacting Finance Centres arising in the course of migration/off shoring

- Proactively managing migration project risks.

- Documentation of risk and control assessments and assessing controls for new migrations and identification of appropriate control improvements.

- Sound understanding of Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) and Governance

- Expert knowledge of management of Business Continuity risks.

- Understanding of risk and controls assessments and assessment of effectiveness of controls in the area of operational risk.

- Exposure to Basel 2 reporting would be an added advantage
