Job Description :
AVP Finance will be a key member of the Executive team. The incumbent will responsible for entire finance function of the company, including subsidiaries in UK, USA, Germany, Netherlands, Poland, Czech Republic, and Sweden.
The primary responsibilities are :
- Entire Finance and Accounting function of the company, and its subsidiaries in UK, USA, Germany, Netherlands, Poland, Czech Republic.
- Responsible for statutory accounting and compliance for the entire group.
- Responsible for developing strategic plans for future growth of the organization. Role will be responsible for formulation & implementation of corporate financial strategies
- Provide critical financial and operational information
- Manage Investor Relationships & Raise Funding
- Oversee the development of annual operating plan and manage costs in alignment with company's mission
- Provide necessary support to the top management in situations of potential acquisitions, and collaborations with external organizations
- Lead Budget and forecasting process at corporate level. Support Operations planning with accurate financial forecasting
- Will play an active role in the budgeting and planning function. Formulate and evaluate all financial planning activities / processes including operating and strategic plans forecasts
- Develop and execute analysis of various business initiatives
- Analysis and assessment of capital required over the plan period and arranging finance
- Develop and maintain accurate and effective financial statements
- Coordinate and oversee internal and external audit procedures
- Provide efficient and effective accounting systems
- Ensure the financial integrity of the company and be fully accountable for the accuracy of the company's financial statements
- Timely reporting of various financial and other business-related information that forecasts the company business activity as required by financial regulation both internally and externally
- Develop and create broader governance and manage the Compliance and Regulatory issues.
Requirements :
- Chartered Accountant / MBA
- Should have thorough knowledge of sound financial planning, fund raising. Corporate governance and compliance
- Experience in IT Services / Consulting company
- Ability to handle multiple locations and entities (including those abroad) and be effective in control over finances, cost, MIS
