AVP - Finance & Business Reporting - CA - Stock Broking Firm

We are hiring for the profile of AVP-Finance for a leding stock broking firm.

Position : AVP - Finance & Business Reporting

Location : Dadar\Kanjurmarg

Experience : Min 6 years

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Oversight of the overall accounting & Business reporting function for all the group entities

- Constant review of the business performance across products, channels and segments against business plan as well as operating environment

- Enable management decision making by providing relevant and timely insights about business performance

- Reporting of financial & business performance to the Management, board of directors and financial controller group in Paris

- Periodically draw business plan & projections for various businesses and establish regular tracking of the same

- Structure management decisions into logical steps and co-ordinate with various stakeholders for effective implementation

- Preparing and giving presentations to the Senior Management, Board etc.

- Coordinating with the Auditors and also ensuring compliance with IGAAP and IFRS for local and Group reporting.

- Evaluating and strengthening of Internal controls of the Group from time to time

TO CONTRIBUTE :

- Contributing in the strategy formation exercise alongside management

- Assist business teams to derive business plan

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :

- Candidates from Banking, Finance or Broking domain will be preferred

- Chartered Accountant / Other relevant certification

- More than 6 years of relevant experience

- Good knowledge of the financial services industry
