Summary Job Description:

- Management of financial and accounting requirements

- Ensuring compliance with local rules and procedures for the investment management firm and associated Funds

- Ensuring secretarial, legal, regulatory, tax and financial reporting related compliance

- Budgeting and forecasting for future expansion and growth

- Assisting in management of financial controls and reporting on a regular basis

- Communication with SVP - Finance and senior management for finance, operations and compliance related matters

Mandatory - Qualified CA

Fund accounting and operations experience in a Private Equity firm (e.g. some or all of- drawdowns, margin calls, distribution, finalisation, tax, audit etc)

Good to have
