We are having urgent opening for the position of AVP/Sr. AVP for the Finance transformation domain. The desirable candidate must have good knowledge of all the towers of F&A Ops e.g R2R+P2P+O2C. strong Operation delivery exposure, Must have handling good sized team and excellent communication skills. Candidates with Insurance domain exposure will be preferred.

Detailed JD:

Basic Function :

- Manage the Operational Delivery

- Ensure all migrations are managed seamlessly

- Map peer levels across client organization and establish peer level relationships within the client organization

- Establishing operational performance goals

- Work with the Sales, Client Relationship managers & Migrations team to provide support/oversight for new/ additional off shoring opportunities

- Put control measures in place to ensure adherence to budget and cost control

Essential Functions :

This position is responsible for F&A Operations outsourced . Key responsibilities include:

- Lead and manage F&A operations outsourced.

- Ensure consistent service delivery in a consultative and solutions-based capacity

- Negotiating and finalizing SLA's with the Client - contract negotiation

- Establishing a review/ reporting mechanism with the Client

- Should have the ability to preempt potential issues and take proactive measures to address them

- Strive for high levels of customer satisfaction. Take responsibility to meet and exceeding client SLAs

- Provide guidance, supervision and review to F&A operational teams to ensure that job responsibilities are met and are in line with Client's and company's goals and objectives

- Develop and manage strong independent relationships with clients at senior positions

- Oversee the continuous improvement of processes and the development of the team with the goal to achieve best practices and optimal output

- Lead and coach the team to recruit and retain high caliber staff

- Provide coaching, guidance and support, set professional development plans to assist employees to reach their full potential through the Performance Management process

- Review the progress of attrition action plans and check effectiveness

This job may involve some international travel for client meeting and due-diligence & migration of new processes. Hence, the candidate must possess a valid passport.

Technical Skills required:

- Efficiency in computers - MS Office and Accounting applications like PeopleSoft, Oracle, etc.

- Ability to operate and manage complex accounting and reporting systems

- Basic knowledge of off-shoring technology set-up like Bandwidth utilization etc.

Process Specific Skills

The candidate should have a broad and deep experience in the finance & accounting functions and services for medium/large multinational clients. Preferably expertise in:

- General Accounting and Collections (AR, Period close, Fixed Assets and Accounts reconciliations, Cash Applications)

- Insurance Processes like Claims and Loss Sensitive Adjustments

Work Experience Requirements

- 10+ years of post qualification experience

- 6+ years of supervisory experience

- Minimum 5 years in F&A function preferably in a 3rd party BPO environment
