AVP - Finance & Accounts Operations - CA

- It's a pure service delivery role, where Candidate would be Responsible for smooth process delivery for RTR, PTP & OTC tower.

- Responsible for Managing a span of 100+ FTEs.

- Managed P2P operations that includes Invoice processing, Vendor Payments, Reconciliation, T&E, vendor master set up & payments.

- Responsible for handling a team which is involved in the month end closing activities - passing the accruals, month end journals, GL & Bank.

- Managing the OTC process for billing, customer management, Cash Applications & credit control processes and making sure team is delivering SLA as per contractual agreement.

- Responsible for customer relationship and timely resolution of queries/ escalations to ensure continued customer satisfaction.

- Responsible for the overall performance of the collections team, monitoring their performance, providing timely feedback & assisting them to improve on their identified training needs.

- Interacting with clients & internal stakeholders for end to end AP, AR, GL activities .

NOTE:-

- Shift- US shift ( 6 to 3) graveyard

- Education preferred- Qualified CA

- Experience required- in all the towers of finance (RTR, OTC, PTP & Payroll)

- candidate should have handled a team of 100+ ppl

- candidate should have Global Exposure.
