AVP - Finance & Accounts - CA - NBFC

NOTE:

Job Location is Mumbai and the client prefers candidates from Mumbai Only.

The client is an upcoming NBFC headquartered out of Mumbai with multiple locations across India.

Job Responsibilities -

1. Supporting Director - Finance in matters pertaining to financial reporting & accounting matters of the various companies belonging to the Group or as assigned.

2. Preparation of Financial Statements, MIS, Compliance Reports as per timelines

3. Ensure completion of Audits as may be applicable to the Company/Companies

4. Ensure filing of various regulatory returns, handling of assessments, inspections relating to the Company / Companies as may be assigned

5. Manage ICFR / IFC systems

6. Provide feedback on managing and improving existing technology platforms pertaining to above

7. Any other matters relevant.

Specifications -

1. CA with 8-12 years of work experience in Listed Retail NBFC / HFC (NBFC + HFC preferred)

2. Very good knowledge of Accounting Standards and Indian GAAP requirements

3. Good understanding of Accounting systems and ERP Systems. Preferred if worked in Omnifin software

4. Handled regulatory and statutory matters pertaining to NBFCs / HFC

5. Managed Audit and worked with Big 4 audit firms in his past experience

6. Good understanding of IND AS
