Profile:

Preparation of financials on a monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual basis as per Indian Accounting standards

Reporting of financial statement as per SEBI and RBI requirement

Good knowledge on various RBI returns filing and certifications

Oversee the timely publishing of required MIS and financial statements

All audit related matters including statutory, internal and be point of contact with auditors and ensure seamless closure of these audits with help of other departments

Must be up to date with all relevant regulations and Accounting Standards including IND AS.

Timely payment of statutory dues and filing of statutory returns

Ensure timely Payments to employees & vendors

Knowledge of financial and accounting reporting systems

Ensure seamless/smooth closure of annual books of accounts

Proper monitoring & controlling of expenses across all locations

Reviews ledger accounts and ensures that transactions are correctly recorded in the system accurately and against the relevant budget.

Liaise with Tax consultants for tax compliance-direct & indirect taxes and assessments

Develop / update SOPs for the Finance & Accounts department

Should have experience of managing a team
