AVP - Finance & Accounts - CA - ITeS/BPO

Key Responsibilities

- Manage all accounting operations including Revenue Recognition, Accounts Receivables and Payables, Treasury Management, Taxation, Payroll etc.

- Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances

- Manage all the internal as well as external reporting including investor reporting, management reporting and statutory reporting

- Manage the commercials in preparation and submission of business proposals for RFP process.

- Involved in financial due diligence in acquisitions and mergers.

- Monitor and evaluate programmatic and operational effectiveness in terms of profitability,performance against budget, and fiscal soundness

- Liaison with the HR team for all relevant matters concerning finance and statutory compliance such as PF, gratuity, professional taxes, etc.

- Ensure the efficient management of funds in Liaison with banks and other financial institutions.

Candidate Specifications :

- CA with 12-15 years experience in managing accounting operations

- Should have worked in ITES/IT/KPO organization

- Prior expertise in financial controls, audits and reporting
