AVP - Finance

Key Job Description:

- Preparation/Review of Financial Statements as per IND AS requirements and getting them audited

- Responsible for the annual Budgeting, Tracking actuals vs. budgeted, Variance Analysis, Monthly Projected Financials, Branch Profitability, Functional Costing MIS etc.

- Preparation/Review of MIS for internal and external stakeholders

- Assisting in Capital Raise and due diligence process.

- ECL as per Ind AS norms

- Enhancement in existing GL systems ( Oracle Fusion)

- Monthly closing of the book, preparation of MIS profit & loss account, balance sheet, standard and special management reports etc

- Automation of various sub process

- Coordinating Leverage Function and ensuring Financial/qualitative covenants compliance of all lenders

- Preparation/Review and submission of RBI Returns

- Supervising various Audits

- Supervising Accounting Payables
